Einkorn Bread:  $8

Einkorn is an ancient grain that is tolerated by some people who are gluten

intolerant.  It has a rich grain flavor and is good toasted plain or with sandwich topping.

Sprouted Spelt Crackers (19 oz):  $9

Sprouted spelt gives these crackers a delicious flavor.  These are great to munch on

by themselves or add some hummus or avocado for a tasty treat.

Sprouted Wheat Crackers (19 oz):  $7

Sprouted wheat gives these crackers a delicious flavor.  These are great to munch on

by themselves or add some hummus or avocado for a tasty treat.

Sprouted Spelt Bread:  $8 per loaf

This bread is made with sprouted whole grain spelt.  A heavier bread with great flavor.  The sprouted grain has more available nutrients and is easier to digest.

Sprouted Wheat Bread:  $7 per loaf

This bread is made with sprouted whole grain wheat. Great flavor and sprouted grain also has more available nutrients and is easier to digest than unsprouted grains. It has become one of my favorites.

Sticky Buns:  $15 a dozen

These are great for breakfast or even dessert after lunch or dinner. The dough is sweetened with honey and the filling is dates, nuts and cinnamon.  The stickiest and yummiest part is the topping with maple syrup and nuts.

Cinnamon Rolls:  $13 a dozen

These are like the sticky buns only a bit less sticky!  They have dates, nuts and cinnamon in the filling. After baking, they are brushed with a little maple syrup and avocado oil.

Date Nut Rye Bread:  $8 per loaf

This rye bread has more wheat than rye so does not have a strong rye flavor. Sweetened with sorghum molasses. The dates and nuts make this bread a treat any time.  Spread a little of your favorite cream cheese on it, even better!

Ezekiel Bread:  $5 per loaf

This is a nutritious bread with several grains to include wheat, millet and oats as well as lentils, soybeans and pinto beans. Delicious as it is or toasted..

French bread:  $4 per loaf

This bread is made with unbleached refined white flour. Spread with your favorite margarine and sprinkle with garlic salt before toasting, but first you better get your pasta cooked!

Maple Nut Granola:  $6 per pound (a pound is between 4-5 cups)

This is good for a crunchy breakfast or a crunchy treat later in the day. Sweetened with applesauce and a little turbinado sugar.  You can add your choice of chopped dried fruit.

Pizza Crust:  $3 for one 12 inch crust or $2 for two 6 inch crusts

Made with part whole wheat and part white flour.  Seasoned with herbs which will add flavor to your pizza.  This is prebaked to use right away or freeze until you are ready for it.  Add your toppings and bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Raisin Bread:  $7 per loaf

This bread is sweetened with honey and, of course, raisins. A couple slices make a good breakfast.

Rye Bread with Dill:  $5 per loaf

This rye bread has more wheat than rye so does not have a strong rye flavor.  The dill gives it a nice flavor that sets it apart from other breads.

Spelt Bread:  $5 per loaf

The only grain in this bread is spelt which is an ancient grain that has been used since Bible times.  Delicious toasted and then add your favorite spread.  Great for sandwiches also.

Whole Wheat Bread:  $5 per loaf

This delicious bread is made with whole grain white wheat which makes a lighter bread. Add your favorite spread and enjoy!

Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls or Burger Buns:  $7 per dozen or $3.50 per half dozen

These are made with whole grain white wheat to give them a softer, lighter texture. Please specify which shape you want when ordering. They are yummy with whatever you want to add to them.

Fruitcake:  Available during November and December

Small loaf (13 oz):  $6

Regular loaf (32 oz):  $14

Bundt pan shape (72 oz):  $28

This fruitcake is made with dried fruit and nuts, whole grain flour and sweetened with turbinado sugar and applesauce.  This keeps very well in the frig or freezer for a treat to have any time of the year.
