HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas

  • 1/3 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Sea salt to taste

  • For red pepper hummus, 1/4 cup roasted red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Blend until very smooth.

  3. Add more lemon juice, garlic, or salt as needed to taste.

  4. Serve as a dip for pita bread or use as a sandwich spread for open-face buns.
